Hiring Manager

As we scale our operations and expand our output, we are looking for a sharp, proactive, and media-savvy Hiring Manager to help us build a world-class creative team. You will take ownership of our recruiting pipeline, sourcing, vetting, and hiring top-tier creative talent. The ideal candidate doesn't just know how to post a job; they have a trained eye for media and can instantly recognize the style and quality we need.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage compelling job descriptions across relevant job boards and platforms.
• Actively scout and reach out to high-potential talent across social media, portfolios, and freelance platforms.
• Review resumes, portfolios, and showreels to filter and shortlist top prospects.
• Organize, distribute, and evaluate paid sample/trial work, including editing tests and script prompts.
• Conduct screening calls, assess cultural fit, negotiate rates, and onboard candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven background in hiring for digital media, YouTube, or content creation.
• Track record in talent acquisition, specifically hiring freelancers and contractors in the creative space.
• Exceptional eye for evaluating creative portfolios and spotting top-tier talent.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
• Self-starter attitude with proactive outreach skills.

• Existing network or database of creative professionals.
• Experience using Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
