As a Scriptwriter at Lectec Media, you are the blueprint for our content. We need a creative wordsmith who understands how to hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds and keep them watching until the very end. You will research topics, develop concepts, and write scripts that perfectly balance information, entertainment, and pacing for our on-camera hosts.

Responsibilities

Research industry topics and conceptualize highly engaging video ideas.
Write compelling, well-paced scripts tailored for digital platforms and specific hosts.
Craft irresistible hooks, strong narrative structures, and clear calls to action.
Collaborate with editors and producers to ensure the script's vision translates to the final edit.
Revise and refine scripts based on retention data and team feedback.

Qualifications

Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
Proven experience writing scripts for YouTube, social media, or digital marketing.
Exceptional storytelling ability and a deep understanding of audience psychology.
Strong research skills and ability to distill complex information into entertaining content.
Flawless written communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

Background in journalism, creative writing, or comedy.
YouTube title/thumbnail strategy.
